Sterling Kodai Lake, Kodaikanal

I had a wonderful stay at this resort which is beautifully set within landscaped gardens, offering calming pathways and a splendid view. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Although the bathrooms could use some updating, overall, it was a revisiting experience where the warmth and attentiveness of the team truly stood out. It was great value for the money, especially given the quality of service and amenities.

We had a fantastic week at the resort, enjoying beautiful landscaping and various activities organized by the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family, though there was some room for improvement in housekeeping. The breakfast experience was slightly marred by staff shortages, but overall, it was a relaxing stay that we are eager to repeat.
